Harsh has a strong background in finance and accounting, with professional experience dating back to 2016. His analytical foundation allows him to see revenue problems not just as billing issues—but as financial leak points.
In 2021, Harsh transitioned into medical billing and healthcare revenue operations, where his finance-first mindset quickly became a strength. He and Hiren aligned on a shared vision to build a billing company that prioritizes financial discipline, clean reporting, and sustainable revenue growth—leading to the founding of Countrywide Medical Billing Services together.
Harsh plays a key role in financial oversight, reporting accuracy, performance tracking, and revenue optimization, ensuring clinics not only get paid—but understand why, when, and how their revenue flows.
Ishan Parikh
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Ishan leads the company’s growth strategy, partnerships, and client relationships. As a licensed pharmacy provider, he brings a strong regulatory and operational understanding to healthcare business development.
He works closely with clinic owners and executive teams to understand their challenges, structure the right engagement model, and ensure long-term alignment between operational delivery and business goals.
Ishan is actively involved in client meetings, strategic partnerships, and deal structuring, making sure every engagement starts with clarity, trust, and realistic revenue expectations.
Hiren Maida
Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Hiren brings hands-on medical billing and revenue cycle management experience since 2016, with deep expertise across the entire RCM lifecycle — from onboarding through long-term revenue stabilization.
As Chief Operations Officer, he leads day-to-day operations while also remaining closely involved with clients. He actively handles client meetings, ongoing communication, and day-to-day queries, working directly with practice leadership to understand operational challenges and billing gaps. From the initial onboarding process onward, Hiren takes ownership of issue identification and resolution, ensuring every concern is addressed with clear action plans and measurable follow-through.
Hiren is responsible for maintaining billing quality, operational discipline, and compliance across all accounts. His focus is on increasing and stabilizing revenue, recovering stuck or aging accounts receivable, reducing denials, and creating predictable cash flow for partner practices. His hands-on leadership style ensures that what is committed during onboarding continues to be delivered consistently as the partnership grows.
